Who is Lisa Walker?

When a friend invited Lisa Walker to go skydiving in 1990, the experience proved an epiphany. “This is what’s been missing from my life!” Walker said to herself. She started formal training the following day.

Today, Walker – who is also an instrument-rated pilot, a marathon runner and a scuba diver – competes in formation skydiving on an international level. Walker’s training regimen involves 200 to 300 jumps each year, and she and her teammates hold seven world records.

Walker offers her coaching clients the same dedication she devotes to skydiving. She’s focused, goal-oriented, and holds her clients accountable. “I will always tell you the truth – even if you don’t want to hear it,” she says.

Walker herself grew two small companies to the point of acquisition by larger organizations. Her background includes 14 years as president and CEO of the nonprofit i3a, the International Imaging Industry Association, where she kept redefining the organization as it went through multiple disruptive technology challenges.

In 2012, Walker decided she was ready to launch a business of her own. After exploring all of her options and taking her extensive business experience into account, she resolved to become a business and executive coach. It was the right choice for Walker. Her reward is the opportunity she has to make an impact on a lot of different businesses, and on people’s lives. “I love seeing the light bulb come on for clients,” she says.

Walker is certified Business Coach with a MBA in marketing, providing business help, business advice, business coaching and mentoring services to small and medium sized businesses.

As your business coach she will help you deliver the results you desire using proven tools, methodologies and systems, tested and perfected over tens of thousands of businesses worldwide for over more than two decades.
